Ingen Solutions Inc. (“Ingen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This document outlines both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the chatbot (“Chatbot”) developed for us by Appfront Inc.

By using the Chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope and Use of the Chatbot

The Chatbot is a tool designed to:

  • Provide product information

  • Assist with inquiries and sales

  • Support customer service for Ingen’s online selling platform

  • Operate on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and Ingen-owned platforms

By using the Chatbot, you engage with us digitally, and consent to the collection and processing of personal information as described herein.

2. Data Collection and Use

We may collect the following information when you use the Chatbot:

  • Identifiers: Name, email, phone number and general or more accurate location (if voluntarily provided)

  • Device Info: IP address, browser type, session data

  • Usage Logs: Chat transcripts, time stamps, usage patterns

  • Respond to inquiries

  • Improve customer experience

  • Analyze trends and optimize performance

  • Comply with legal requirements

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, we rely on:

  • Consent (when you provide information)

  • Legitimate interest (to support our sales and customer service)

  • Legal obligation (if required by law)

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes stated, or as required by law. Chat logs may be temporarily stored for performance analysis or customer support history.

Ingen is not responsible for how those platforms handle your data outside of the chatbot’s operation.

9. Security Measures

We take appropriate technical and organizational steps to secure your personal information. However, no system can be 100% secure, and you use the Chatbot at your own risk.

10. Acceptable Use and Limitations

By using the Chatbot, you agree:

  • Not to use it for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes

  • Not to provide false or misleading information

  • That all information you submit is voluntary and accurate to the best of your knowledge

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Chatbot is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime. It is meant for general informational and customer service purposes only and should not be used for critical decisions.

12. Role of Appfront Inc.

The Chatbot was developed by Appfront Inc. on behalf of Ingen Solutions Inc.

Disclaimer and Indemnity:


Appfront Inc. is a third-party software developer and does not control, access, or manage any data collected through the Chatbot. By using the Chatbot, you agree to indemnify and hold Appfront Inc. harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to your use of the Chatbot or Ingen’s handling of personal data.

13. Modifications

Ingen may update this policy and terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Chatbot constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws.
